Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 22, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website at holonograph.ai and any subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Precision Innovations LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Precision Innovations"). By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Scope, and relationship to the EULA
These Terms govern the Site only.
The Holonograph software is licensed separately under the Holonograph End User License Agreement (the "EULA"). Nothing on the Site grants any license to the software. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the EULA with respect to the software, the EULA controls.
2. The Site is informational
The Site provides product information, documentation, published research, and a means of contact.
The Site does not host, deliver, or execute the Holonograph software as a service. Holonograph is licensed as a self-hosted binary that operates inside the licensee's own environment. Descriptions, screenshots, demonstrations, and interactive material on the Site are illustrations of software that runs elsewhere, and are not an offer of hosted infrastructure or of any hosted processing of your data.
The Site does not offer accounts, logins, or authentication, and no user credentials are issued.
3. Permitted use
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access the Site and to view, download, and print its content for your own internal evaluation and informational purposes.
You may not:
- copy, republish, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest, index, or bulk-download Site content, other than by a search engine crawler obeying the Site's robots directives;
- use Site content, including published papers, documentation, and demonstration material, to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop machine learning models, without prior written permission. Precision Innovations expressly reserves its rights against text and data mining, including for the purposes of Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the structure, configuration, or operation of any software underlying the Site or any demonstration presented on it;
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it;
- remove or obscure any proprietary notice; or
- use the Site in violation of applicable law.
4. The public lens view and the demonstration agent
4.1 What the demonstration is
The Site publishes an interactive view of a lens for demonstration purposes, including an agent named Nigel that you may interact with (together, the "Demonstration").
The Demonstration is illustrative. It is provided to show the shape of the apparatus, not to establish performance, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose. Any figures, scores, rubrics, decompositions, or results shown are drawn from a specific configuration under specific conditions and are not a benchmark, not a representation of results in any other environment, and not a prediction of results you would obtain. Configuration, data, and workload differ across deployments, and outcomes differ accordingly.
Output produced by Nigel is generated by a language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. It is not advice, not a representation about the Holonograph software or its licensing, and not a commitment of any kind. Do not rely on it. Nigel does not speak for Precision Innovations, and no statement Nigel makes about pricing, licensing, capability, availability, or terms is binding on Precision Innovations.
The Demonstration may be modified, limited, throttled, or withdrawn in whole or in part at any time without notice.
4.2 Your input is recorded and may be publicly visible
Input you submit to Nigel, and the resulting interaction, are captured and stored in the lens. That is the point of the Demonstration: it observes itself.
Stored interactions may be displayed in the public lens view and may therefore be visible to other visitors, and may be transmitted to third-party model providers in order to produce a response.
Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, personal information about yourself or anyone else, credentials, health or financial information, regulated data, or anything you would not publish. Anything you submit should be treated as public. Handling of submitted input is described further in the Privacy Policy.
Section 6 applies to input submitted to the Demonstration in the same way it applies to the contact form.
4.3 Acceptable use of the Demonstration
You may not:
- submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, or that depicts or exploits minors;
- submit malware, exploit code, or content designed to damage or compromise any system;
- attempt to cause Nigel to disregard its instructions, to reveal system prompts, configuration, credentials, or non-public content, or to act outside the scope of the Demonstration, including by prompt injection or by embedding instructions in submitted content;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Demonstration or any connected system, or attempt to access data belonging to Precision Innovations or to any other visitor;
- use the Demonstration to generate content unrelated to Holonograph, to obtain general-purpose model output, or to resell or provide access to the underlying model to any third party;
- use the Demonstration, its outputs, or the stored lens content to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or benchmark any machine learning model, or to build or assist in building a competing product;
- submit content intended to pollute, skew, or misrepresent the stored lens data, or to cause offensive or misleading content to appear in the public view; or
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
4.4 Rate limits
Access to Nigel is subject to the following limits. These limits are stated so that you know them in advance, not so that Precision Innovations may enforce them selectively.
| Limit | Value |
|---|---|
| Messages per session | 10 |
| Messages per hour, per source address | 30 |
| Messages per day, per source address | 100 |
| Maximum characters per message | 1,200 |
| Maximum concurrent sessions per source address | 1 |
| Session idle timeout | 20 minutes |
Requests exceeding a limit are refused with a clear response indicating which limit was reached and when access resumes. Exceeding a limit is not itself a breach of these Terms.
Precision Innovations may change these values. The values in effect are those published at the point of interaction, and the table above is updated when they change.
Higher or unmetered access for evaluation purposes may be arranged by contacting [email protected].
4.5 Circumvention and abuse
The following are breaches of these Terms, distinct from simply reaching a limit:
- using scripts, bots, automation, headless browsers, rotating or distributed addresses, or any other means to exceed or circumvent a limit stated in Section 4.4;
- calling the underlying endpoint directly rather than through the presented interface; or
- any conduct prohibited by Section 4.3.
In response to a breach of this Section, Precision Innovations may, without notice and without liability, throttle, suspend, or block any request, session, address, or network; refuse or truncate any submission; remove, redact, or delete any stored interaction; and disable the Demonstration entirely.
Removal of content from the public view is at the discretion of Precision Innovations and is not an admission of any obligation to monitor or moderate. Precision Innovations does not undertake to review submitted content and is not responsible for content submitted by visitors. To report abusive or unlawful content in the public lens view, contact [email protected].
Serious or repeated violation of this Section may be referred to law enforcement and may be pursued as unauthorized access under applicable computer fraud statutes.
5. Documentation and research content
Documentation, whitepapers, and research published on the Site are provided for information. They describe methods and findings as of the date of publication and may be superseded. Statements about planned features, roadmap, or future capability are forward-looking and are not commitments.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, regulatory, compliance, financial, or professional advice. Content describing evaluation, attribution, audit, or attestation does not establish, and must not be relied upon to establish, compliance with any law, regulation, or standard.
6. Submissions through the contact form and elsewhere
Submissions through the contact form or to published contact addresses are not confidential and create no confidential relationship, no obligation of secrecy, and no obligation to review, respond, or act.
Do not submit confidential information, trade secrets, personal data of third parties, regulated data, or any idea, invention, specification, feature request, or proposal that you consider proprietary. Precision Innovations does not accept unsolicited proprietary submissions.
If you nevertheless submit feedback, comments, suggestions, or ideas relating to Holonograph or to Precision Innovations, you grant Precision Innovations a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, and exploit that material for any purpose, without attribution, compensation, or any obligation to you. You represent that you have the right to grant this and that the submission does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You must not submit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or malicious content.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, documentation, research, graphics, layout, and code, are owned by Precision Innovations or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
HOLONOGRAPH™ and PRECISION INNOVATIONS™ are trademarks of Precision Innovations LLC. Nothing on the Site grants any right to use them.
The Holonograph apparatus and methods are the subject of pending United States patent applications. Patent Pending.
Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site, including those of standards bodies, vendors, and other products, are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and comparison only. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party resources. Precision Innovations does not control them, does not endorse them, and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
9. Availability
The Site is provided on an as-available basis. It may be modified, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part at any time without notice, and no obligation to maintain any content, page, or demonstration is assumed.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR QUIET ENJOYMENT. NO WARRANTY IS GIVEN THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ITS CONTENT IS CURRENT, COMPLETE, OR ACCURATE.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, in which case the exclusions above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRECISION INNOVATIONS AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF PRECISION INNOVATIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Precision Innovations from any claim, loss, liability, and expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site, your use of the Demonstration, your submissions, or your breach of these Terms or of applicable law.
13. Export control and sanctions
You may not access or use the Site in violation of United States export control or sanctions laws, and you represent that you are not located in an embargoed jurisdiction and are not a person or entity with whom dealings are prohibited under those laws.
14. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms is the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction whose law grants you rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights are not affected by this section.
15. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be revised. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a revision indicates acceptance.
16. General
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms. Precision Innovations may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Site.
