Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Precision Innovations LLC ("Precision Innovations") handles information in connection with the website at holonograph.ai and any subdomains (the "Site").
1. Who is responsible
Precision Innovations LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company.
Address: New Jersey, United States Email: [email protected]
2. Scope of this policy
This policy covers the Site only.
The Site does not offer accounts, logins, or authentication. There is nothing to register for and no user profile is created.
The Holonograph software is licensed separately under the Holonograph End User License Agreement (the "EULA"). This policy does not govern the software. Where the software is concerned, the EULA and its accompanying documentation control.
3. Information collected through the Site
Information you submit through the contact form. The form collects the fields presented at the time of submission, which may include name, email address, organization, and the content of your message. Submission is voluntary. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or regulated information through the form. See Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions regarding unsolicited submissions.
Server and log data. Hosting and content delivery infrastructure automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and version, referring page, requested URL, and timestamp. This data is generated by the act of requesting a page and is used for security, abuse prevention, and diagnostics.
Analytics. The Site uses Google Analytics (GA4), configured in cookieless mode, to measure aggregate traffic. It sets no cookies, does not persist an identifier across visits, and is not used for advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking.
Cookies. The Site does not set cookies. Google Analytics runs with client storage disabled, so no analytics cookies are written, and no advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
4. Information that is not collected
Precision Innovations considers the following worth stating plainly, because the architecture of the product makes it true rather than merely promised.
- The Holonograph software runs as a self-hosted binary inside the licensee's own environment. It is not a hosted service.
- Evaluation data, prompts, model responses, traces, lens configurations, and results processed by an installation remain inside the perimeter of whoever operates that installation. They are not transmitted to Precision Innovations.
- The Site does not receive telemetry from installed copies of the software.
- The Site does not collect payment card information. Any commercial transaction occurs outside the Site.
- Precision Innovations does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The demonstration described in Section 5 is not an exception to the points above. It is an instance of them. Precision Innovations operates its own installation of Holonograph, and the data that installation holds stays inside the perimeter of Precision Innovations. What differs is where that perimeter has been drawn. Precision Innovations has chosen to draw it around a public page, which means that a visitor interacting with Nigel is a data source inside the perimeter of Precision Innovations rather than the operator of a perimeter of their own. Read every assurance about data remaining inside the perimeter as an assurance to the operator of the installation. When you type into Nigel, the operator is Precision Innovations, not you.
5. The public lens view and Nigel
The Site publishes an interactive view of a lens, including an agent named Nigel that visitors may interact with.
Input is stored. What you type to Nigel, what Nigel returns, and technical metadata about the exchange are captured and stored in the lens. The lens is the record. Storage is not incidental to the demonstration, it is the demonstration.
Stored interactions may be public. Stored exchanges may be displayed in the public lens view and may therefore be readable by other visitors. Treat anything you type to Nigel as published.
Third-party processing. In order to produce a response, your input is transmitted to a third-party large-language-model provider and processed under their terms. It may also pass through the demonstration’s cloud hosting provider.
What not to submit. Do not type confidential information, trade secrets, credentials, health or financial information, personal information about yourself or anyone else, or any regulated data into Nigel. There is no need to identify yourself in order to use the demonstration, and doing so is discouraged.
No identity is requested. Nigel requires no account, no login, and no identifying information of any kind. Precision Innovations does not ask who you are and has no interest in finding out.
This is not the same as anonymity, and the difference is stated here rather than glossed. Rate limiting requires holding a source address and a session identifier, and a session identifier links your exchanges to one another. Free-text input is also self-identifying whenever a visitor chooses to make it so. Stored interactions are therefore pseudonymous rather than anonymous: they are not linked to a name by Precision Innovations, but they are capable of being linked to a person by someone holding the right external information, and they are capable of containing whatever a visitor typed.
Rate limiting records are held separately from the lens and are not joined to stored interactions.
Rate limiting data. To enforce the limits published in the Terms and Conditions and to prevent abuse, the Site records source IP address, a session identifier, and request timestamps and counts. This data is used for rate limiting, abuse prevention, and diagnostics, and is not displayed in the public lens view.
Retention. Stored interactions are retained for 180 days. Rate limiting records are retained for 30 days. Precision Innovations may remove, redact, or delete any stored interaction at any time.
Removal requests. If you submitted something you would like removed from the public lens view, write to [email protected] with enough detail to locate the exchange. Requests are honored where the exchange can be identified. Because interactions are stored without accounts and without identity verification, Precision Innovations may be unable to confirm that a given exchange is yours, and may decline a request it cannot verify.
Legal basis. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, the legal basis for processing demonstration input is legitimate interests in operating and demonstrating the product and in securing the Site against abuse. You are asked not to submit personal information, and the demonstration is designed so that none is needed.
6. Why information is used
Information described in Section 3 is used to respond to inquiries, to operate and secure the Site, to prevent abuse, to understand aggregate traffic patterns, and to comply with legal obligations.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation or the UK GDPR applies, the legal basis for processing contact form data is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or legitimate interests in responding to inquiries. The legal basis for server logs and aggregate analytics is legitimate interests in operating a secure and functional website.
7. Service providers
Precision Innovations uses a small number of vendors to operate the Site. These vendors process information only to provide their service.
- Hosting and content delivery: Cloudflare, Inc.
- Form handling and email delivery: Resend
- Analytics: Google LLC (Google Analytics)
8. Disclosure
Information is disclosed only to the service providers listed above, to professional advisors under duties of confidentiality, where required by law or valid legal process, where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Precision Innovations or others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
9. Retention
Contact form submissions and related correspondence are retained for as long as needed to address the inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for business record purposes, and no longer than 24 months absent an ongoing relationship or legal requirement. Server logs are retained for 90 days.
10. Security
Precision Innovations applies reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a website that holds no accounts and no product data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and no guarantee of absolute security is offered.
11. Location of processing and international visitors
The Site is operated from the United States and information is processed in the United States. Visitors located elsewhere should be aware that United States law may differ from the law of their own jurisdiction. Submitting the contact form indicates a willingness to have the submission processed in the United States.
12. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to the personal information held about you, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, a copy of information in a portable format, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Precision Innovations does not sell or share personal information, does not use personal information for targeted advertising, and does not engage in profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
Requests may be sent to [email protected]. Precision Innovations will respond within the period required by applicable law. Verification of identity may be requested where necessary. No visitor will be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
13. Global Privacy Control
The Site honors the Global Privacy Control signal where it is received. Because the Site does not sell or share personal information or use cross-site tracking, the signal has no additional effect on data practices.
14. Children
The Site is directed to businesses and technical professionals. It is not directed to children, and Precision Innovations does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If such information has been collected, it will be deleted on notice to [email protected].
15. Third-party links
The Site links to third-party resources, including published papers, code repositories, and standards documentation. Those destinations have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.
16. Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
17. Contact
Questions about this policy may be sent to [email protected], or by mail to Precision Innovations LLC, New Jersey, United States.
